As I am writing the first entry into my blog, I am asking myself why I've titled it "The Beginning..." I've never expressed myself through this type of medium before, so I suppose I'm referring to the beginning of my blogging experience. But I think that there is a more substantial reason why I've chosen this title. I want this to be the beginning of my journey towards self-determination and awareness. I want to write truthfully about my thoughts, feelings and opinions. That's why I've titled my blog, Desperately Seeking 'Me'. I want this space to be the canvas upon which I can use the palette of my emotions to create a vivid and detailed portrait of myself.
